Peaks is based in Batesburg and works across the South Carolina Midlands. If you're not sure whether you're in range, ask — the answer is usually yes, and the only thing distance changes is the price on hauling jobs.

How distance affects your price
Removal jobs — furniture, appliances, cleanouts, debris — are priced by how much trailer space the load takes, plus disposal fees on certain items.
Hauling jobs — Marketplace pickups, deliveries, small moves — are priced by load size and mileage, since the miles are the job.
Either way, there's no trip fee just for coming out.
Rural, lake & tight properties
A lot of the Midlands isn't a cul-de-sac with a wide driveway. If any of these apply, mention them when you book so we arrive ready:
- Long dirt or gravel driveways, especially after heavy rain
- Gates — and their width, if the trailer needs to get through
- Lake lots with steep drives or items down by the dock
- Townhomes and apartments with limited parking or loading rules
- HOA neighborhoods with gate codes or hours for service vehicles
